Sensei Mohan Kanojia

 



Sensei Mohan Kanojia is doing Karate since 1998 and teaching Karate since 2007,Sensei Mohan Kanojia is taking Karate Classes and Karate Camps regularly .

 Weight Training is not necessary for karate,Sensei said. Anybody can start to learn Karate after 5 years of age.Sensei faced some financial problems, but later on, he overcome by  taking Karate class, and some business.According to Sensei Mohan, Karate inculcate discipline. There is misconception about Karate,that it is fight game, sometime even coaches not able to give right message about Karate to Parent, however Karate is not fight game and it make physical fit and improve strength,and parent should encourage their children to learn Karate.Sensei Mohan also takes Karate camp. Diet is not important, its will power, which is important. Many sports person from tribal area eat only chapati/chatni and still perform well in their respective sports, Sensei said to me. 

Student should not worry about injury, as such if practice properly, there is less chances for injury. Students should do Karate daily for at least 1 hour, which also prevent them from diseases in long run.Girls should also learn Karate for self defence. Generally it is seen, that parents send their children for learning Karate at only summer vacation for merely 2-3 months, however Sensei advice that instead they should send for whole  year, as such it improve confidence, concentration, discipline. 

Sensei Mohan Kanojia also teaches free of cost  Karate to some needy students on time to time. Karate is for all, even person above 30/35 years can learn Karate, Sensei said.

The only advice to youngsters is, they should  focus on their goal, avoid distraction like unnecessary mobile/ net surfing, Sensei said. If student choose Karate as a career, they should start to  take Karate classes. Girl who is not interested to study can choose Karate as a career and become Karate Instructor/Trainer.
