  Mr. Jitendra Kushwaha Mr Jitendra Kushwaha is Mr India(Western India) and many times Mr. MP, and  owner of gym. He is well known name in  body building field in MP. He is giving gym training in his own gym at Ujjain-MahanandaNagar. (I will write more)

 Mr. Yogendra Hardia Mr Yogendra Hardia is Owner of SYS Gym- Rafael Tower Indore. He was former Mr. MP(Body-Building) and Power Lifting Champion. He is sports enthusiastic, and also keep an eye on other sports also. He is giving  gym training/weight loss training/power lifting training in his gym. He is also Referee of many Body-Building/Power Lifting competitions. (I will write more)

 Mr. Shekhar Verma Mr. Shekhar Verma is Fitness Trainer , giving Training at Spartan Gym and also provides Personal Gym Training. He is also become Yogic now. He delve into mystic world of Meditation, breathing  exercise, concentration . He is   doing regular gym training since more than 10 years and still counting. Also he is regular Blood Donator. (I will write more)

 Mr.Vishal  Mr Vishal Bokre is Gym/Karate Trainer. He is 3rd Black Belt Don. He is taking karate/gym training regularly.  He is also running you tube channel on karate. (I will write more)

  This is First Post. MY name is Amit Joshi, and I am from Indore. I am doing karate for more than 10 years. I eat,sleep, breath karate.I am fortunate enough, that I have come to know many wonderful  trainers. They all are sincere, dedicated, hard worker and very focused. I want to create platform for Gym/karate/Wresting/boxing trainers, where they can interact/learn with each other and grow together.
