Sensei Vikas Simreyya-Taekwondo Trainer

 



Sensei Vikas Simreyya is Taekwondo 3rd Dan. And teaching Taekwondo since 20 years. Currently he is Karate Instructor at Saint Arnold School, Vijay Nagar and provide Training Taekwondo at LIG Colony at evening.

 Sensei Vikas is  responsible for instructing students in the art of Taekwondo, which includes both physical techniques and mental discipline. 
His Classes can vary from beginner levels to advanced, focusing on self-defense, forms, and sparring.Ensuring the safety of students during tThey instill discipline, respect, and the Taekwondo philosophy, which emphasizes self-control and respect for others.raining is paramount. 15 Students are doing Government Jobs by Taekwondo at RPF, BSF, Battalion , Sensei Vikas said. One of his  student Puja Gome got job in Indore Municipal Corporation despite of her financial  and other problem. She get National Award.

Eggs, Bread for morning breakfast and heavy Lunch with curd is essential for training, and if someone can not take non-veg because of religion purpose, he/she can take Dal, milk, Ghee, banana with milk, Sensei Vikas said, when  I asked about diet.However Sensei Vikas is against Protein Powder.

Children can start to learn Taekwondo from age of 5, he said.

"There is no need of weight training with rods and dumbbells, plain squat, dips etc are sufficient. Student should not worry about injury, as such if practice properly, there is less chances for injury. Doctors are present at time of competition and beside student should wear supporting head,gloves, shin guard etc to protect themselves."

Sensei Vikas Categorise student in A,B and C category , while provide training at his LIG Academy. In C category, new students included, juniors are in B and Seniors  are kept in A category.

Sensei Vikas Simreyya  also teaches free of cost  Karate to some needy students on time to time.

Sensei Vikas's  advice to youngsters is, they should  create awareness about sports and must stay away from all kind of addiction like smoking, alcohol etc.

Though Taekwondo is Government Affiliated Sports, but it is not getting any grant, or financial support , so we totally depends upon students fees to run Taekwondo Academy, Sensei Vikas Said to me. 

"We insist student to take part in various District/Division/State Level Competition, so not only student will get confidence but also remove fear of fight".   Students also get Certificate after participating in Competition.

In Taekwondo, Vikram Award for age > 18 years and Eklavya Award for age <17 years is given  by MP Government.

Diet is important part of Karate,  Vegetarian students should take cotton cheese, milk in their diet, non vegetarian student should take eggs, fish etc, it their diet, Shihan replied, when I asked him about diet. Teaching karate to small children is not tough, instead vice versa, he said, though small children are flicker , but also very progressive , even more than seniors.  Mr. Shekhar Verma Mr. Shekhar Verma is Fitness Trainer , giving Training at Spartan Gym and also provides Personal Gym Training. He is also become Yogic now. He delve into mystic world of Meditation, breathing  exercise, concentration . He is   doing regular gym training since more than 10 years and still counting. Also he is regular Blood Donator.
