Go Vegan- Anil Pawar

 Anil Pawar is Body Builder and Trainer at Spartan Gym. He is providing Gym Training since 5 Years. He also takes Personnel Training.



Whey Protein and supplements should be avoided, according to him. Instead vegan diet like pulses, cottage cheese, milk  should be taken, he said. Banana is also good, but cottage cheese is very important if some one doing serious weight training.

He observe that student (gym members) work hard in Gym but ignore their diet, it is wrong, diet should be taken on proper time with proper quantity, he said.

Max. 45 Minutes workout is sufficient, if doing properly, he replied, when I asked about duration of work out.

Another thing he said is, 90% gym coming youngsters avoid Leg exercise, and they do only upper body work out, which is wrong.

To start Gyming , minimum age is 18 years, and yes, even old person 40-50-60 years can start Gym and do work out.

If for any reason, youngster are not able to go Gym, then they should play any other sport for minimum 45 minutes daily, he advice to students.

It will take minimum 2 years to built good body with vegan diet and 1 year with  Protein Powder and supplements, he said.

Before start work out, warm up or PT is must according to him.

In future, my complete focus will be on Personnel Training, so that I can provide better services to my customers, he replied, When I asked him about his future plan.
